policy: evidence-first, both directions

What we won't claim.

Before this site shipped, a red team went through every page trying to break its claims against the product's documentation and the competitive record. What it killed, we fixed. What survived as a genuine limit, we're publishing — because a vendor that never tells you where its edges are is telling you something else.

Claims you won't find on this site

"Trusted by hundreds of agencies"

We don't publish customer counts or testimonials we can't attribute. Our early customers' publicity rights are theirs, not ours — until they say otherwise, no names, no logos, no ghost quotes.

"SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certified"

We hold no such certifications today and won't imply otherwise. What the platform does have is documented: a per-role permission matrix, separate data scope, and a read-only audit history on every record.

"Global course coverage"

The Course Data product's built pipeline covers Australian (CRICOS) providers in production. Other markets are planned, not shipped — so we say Australia, not "global".

"Coming soon: mobile apps, student portal…"

Roadmap items don't appear on this site as features, full stop. Everything claimed traces to the platform's help documentation as it exists today — the source path is printed under each claim.

"99.99% uptime"

We publish no SLA figures until there's a public status history to back them. Enterprise agreements state their own committed terms in contract.

"Territory rules make bad applications impossible"

Precisely: Course Search filters non-accepted countries out of results, and applications carry an Allowed / Not Allowed territory flag. The flag informs your team; it doesn't physically block a record — so we don't say it does.

Caveats that survived our own verification

  • — Competitor prices on the compare page were fetched from their published pages on 11 July 2026 and adversarially re-verified — but vendors change prices without notice, and two of them label prices with a bare "$" and no currency code. Check their pages before you rely on a number.
  • — Competitor scale figures ("agents worldwide", student counts) are the vendors' own statements, some from 2023-era press. We report them as claims, not audits.
  • — Product screenshots on this site come from a test environment with sample data (provenance documented per slot). They show the real application, and they'll be refreshed from a curated demo environment before launch marketing.
  • — The pricing shown is our proposed subscription model, stated in AUD ex GST. Enterprise finals are agreed in contract; existing customers keep their agreed terms.
  • — "The course data is supplied and maintained" is a commitment of the Course Data subscription — a service we sell, not invisible platform magic. Inside your tenant, your own admins maintain what's yours through the data-collection workflow.
  • — The provider-tenant configuration (an institution running its own organisation on the platform) reflects how the platform is deployed for institutions; the product documentation describes module capabilities per tenant, and default role permissions vary by deployment. Ask us to show you a provider-shaped tenant live.

Why publish this page? Because the platform itself is built on the same principle — gates stated as facts, visibility rules that mean what they say, an audit trail on every record. A marketing site that hedges would be lying about the product's character.

Hold us to it.

If you find a claim on this site that doesn't trace to a source, tell us and we'll fix it or cut it.
