Three ways to the same results
Quick Search is two fields — What? takes a course name, study area or
level; Where? takes a country, state, city or institution — and either can be blank.
AI Search reads a typed student description or a dropped CV, passport
or transcript, fills the Conversation Snapshot, and runs the search once destination
country, student's country, study level and study area are present.
AI Course Advisor is the consultative mode: a conversation that filters
the catalogue live into a right-hand results panel, each course carrying a % Match flag
for how closely it aligns with what you have described so far.

What every result carries
Each card shows course name, duration, fee as Full course and Per year, the next
upcoming intake and clickable campus chips. The detail panel adds the fee breakdown for
the selected campus, Intake Start with App Cutoff and CoE Cutoff per intake, career
options, a campus map, and the Admission Checklist, Other Fees and Institution actions.

Why a course appears — and why it does not
A course appears only if the institution holds a winning relationship with your
organisation, accepts the student's origin country in its Territory tab, has an available
intake on or after the configured threshold, and is in the institution's active catalogue.
Territory is applied in the results, not after — an institution that does not accept the
student's country is excluded. Applications carry a Territory: Allowed / Not Allowed
indicator that informs your team without blocking the record.

The catalogue you do not have to build
Institutions are linked to your organisation on the platform's Business Partner Institution
Link surface; the linked institutions' course data becomes available to your organisation in
Course Search. Inside your tenant, the master data — institutions, campuses, courses,
batches, intakes, fees, assessment criteria — lives in Data Collection, where records
stage before a publish run promotes them into the live catalogue Course Search reads.
Institution-side staff holding the institution-partner admin role can maintain their own
institution, campus and course rows when granted access.

Commission on the card, if you choose
With the Show Commission permission for Course Search, each card carries a Commission
Estimate: total in the course's currency, invoice count, chargeable months and billing
frequency, with the compare view showing the same. Agency partners see the net figure
without GST. The permission is independent of the Commission module and of the equivalent
Institution Courses toggle, so you decide which roles see rates and where.

From result to application without leaving the page
Shortlist with the heart icon, then compare shortlisted courses side by side — name,
institution, duration, fee, intake availability, campuses, and commission where permitted —
and print the comparison. Save a course to a student or a lead. Apply from the detail
panel: pick the campus, and the application wizard opens in a new tab pre-populated with
course and campus while your results stay behind it.
