The whole platform re-themes, not a login page
Your App Admin sets the theme in Admin Center → Branding. The palette covers Primary,
Secondary, Alternative, Background and Text, plus the Success, Warning, Error and Info
state colours that drive buttons, links, headers and status chips across the app. Fonts
come from a Select Font control; Images cover the organisation logo, avatar and favicon.
On Save Settings the new theme takes effect for everyone in your organisation.
Because the platform reads every colour from these branding tokens, every screen
re-themes consistently — there are no hard-coded colours to chase.

The assistant carries your name
The in-app assistant has its own identity block in Branding: AI Name, AI Head (the
avatar), and the AI Primary and Secondary Gradient used across AI Search, AI Course
Advisor and the assistant surfaces. Your counsellors and agencies talk to an assistant
wearing your brand, not ours. The AI Course Advisor uses the AI display name configured
for your organisation.

Your words as well as your colours
Labels renames the platform's built-in wording to your terminology — "Student" can read
"Applicant", "Agency Company" can read "Partner" — across menus, fields and screens for
everyone in your organisation. Each row edits inline and saves on commit; a Reset control
returns any single label to the platform default.
Labels change display only: data, permissions and behaviour are untouched, and
exports and API fields keep the underlying system name.

The edges are branded too
Beyond the main app, the per-organisation settings include Auth Page Settings (the
sign-in page appearance), Accept Invite Settings (the invitation-acceptance experience),
Course Search Settings (including the Course Search avatar) and Loader Settings
(loading-screen branding). These sit on the Business Partner management surface alongside
the same Branding block your own admin edits.

One organisation, one theme, one switch back
Branding is organisation-scoped: a change applies to all users in your organisation
the moment it is saved. If a customisation looks wrong, Reset to Default reverts the
whole theme to the platform default rather than leaving you to guess original values.
On a shared platform, each organisation's theme is its own; on a dedicated tenant, the
whole deployment is yours. Tiers are on pricing.
